JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a social pedagogue with competence and experience in working in schools and after-school programs, particularly with students with NPF. Together with other staff, you will work to promote and prevent so that our students receive the support they need in their education. You will continuously develop and strengthen the values-based work for increased well-being among the school's students.

You will collaborate with teachers, student health, and other school staff to create a school where study peace and safety are fundamental.

Through conversations, cooperation, and collaboration, you will enable students to thrive and feel secure in school and receive the support they need.

You are relational, have a low-arousal approach, and enjoy explaining and clarifying so that the student's everyday life becomes understandable, meaningful, and manageable.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education as a social pedagogue, experience from the school environment, and extensive knowledge of NPF.

You have a low-arousal approach, good knowledge of and understanding of various methods and approaches that support students based on their needs throughout the school day.

As a social pedagogue, you are engaged and have a formative approach with the ability to create motivating and activating teaching. Your teaching is based on proven experience and scientific principles with an exploratory approach.

You thrive in collaboration with colleagues and actively contribute to developing the operations by planning and following up on teaching together. You have good structure in your work and can adapt teaching based on students' needs and the school's goals. Together, we are responsible for creating a sustainable working environment where both students and staff feel good, can grow, and develop.
